Senior Pastor/Prophet
Pastor Jason R. Benjamin is the Senior Pastor of Greater Glory Ministries, where he faithfully serves in the office of the prophet, demonstrating God’s power through signs and wonders (Mark 16:17-18). As a devoted leader, he is deeply committed to the Five-Fold Ministry, equipping believers for Kingdom work, as described in Ephesians 4:11-12: “And He gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.”
At his core, Pastor Jason is a worshiper with an extensive background in music and prophetic worship. He firmly believes that true transformation takes place in God’s presence, calling His people into deep and intimate worship (John 4:23-24). His passion is to see the church rise in spirit-filled, prophetic worship, breaking strongholds and ushering in God’s glory.
Beyond his pastoral role, Pastor Jason is the founder of the “Greater is He Men’s Ministry,” a movement dedicated to mentoring and counseling men of all ages. This ministry empowers men to put God first, walk in purpose, and develop integrity and spiritual strength. Rooted in the promise of Psalm 37:4 — “Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.” — this initiative builds strong, God-centered men who lead in their homes, churches, and communities.
A multi-faceted minister, Pastor Jason is driven by an unwavering passion to see God’s will fulfilled through His people. His mission is to equip, empower, and guide believers into their divine purpose, ensuring that no one falls short of God’s calling on their life (Jeremiah 29:11).

Latasha Benjamin
Executive Pastor/Prophet
Latasha Benjamin is the Executive Pastor at Greater Glory Ministries, where she co-pastors alongside her husband. She is a dynamic, multi-faceted minister leader and visionary dedicated to building and empowering individuals.
As the founder of Destined to Bloom Ministries, Latasha is committed to helping men, women, and children reach their full potential. She is also a life coach, guiding individuals toward personal and spiritual growth by setting meaningful goals, overcoming obstacles, and unlocking their God-given potential.
Latasha operates in the Five-Fold Ministry gifts (Ephesians 4:11-12) and is recognized as a prophet with a deep compassion for people. Her ministry provides healing and support to men, women, and young adults, helping them navigate life’s challenges through faith and practical wisdom.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in human services from Springfield College and is an entrepreneur. She owns an accounting firm that offers tax services and financial guidance to the community. Additionally, she is the founder of Tasha Talks, an internet and virtual podcast platform covering a wide range of topics, including relationships, family, parenting, and business.
Beyond ministry and business, Latasha serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Greater Glory Ministries, overseeing financial and operational aspects of its programs. She is a devoted wife, mother, and servant of God, committed to fulfilling His purpose through service and leadership.
